		<description><![CDATA[Dear friend, I hope your foot is better. I fell too, a couple years ago, for what seemed to be no reason. It was an eye-opener  for me. Luckily I had only an avulsion fracture in my foot but it took months to completely heal. And I used to do so in days or a week. Ah, aging.  I also enjoyed the poem on Dying. After I lost my mom (dad died seven years prior), I felt orphaned and mortality closed in. It never leaves me now.

But on a lighter note! Congratulations, Sharon. From the sabbatical year to this blog, you have always been a light and inspiration. So I&#039;ve nominated you for the Sunshine Award. I hope you accept.
